GoogleBing Email Extractor | Extract Email Addresses and Telephone Numbers from Google and Bing

When we talk about search engines, we refer essentially to two “giants” of the sector, namely GOOGLE and BING . All the websites of the world are present in these two search engines and therefore represent the primary source for those looking to capture data from the Web, in particular EMAIL addresses.

If you want to extract EMAIL addresses and telephone numbers from Google and Bing , or rather from the search results presented by these search engines, you can now rely on our GoogleBing Email Extractor software. It is probably the most powerful and innovative WEB DATA EXTRACTOR   because it relies directly on the search engines to first capture the addresses (URLs) of the sites listed in the results and then go to search in each of them for any email address and telephone number. . In addition to this it is able to capture further details of the results such as the site title and description.

Here are the simple steps to follow to use GoogleBing Email Extractor and extract all possible emails and phone numbers for certain keywords. With this program you will be able to capture results practically from ALL over the world and not only from the results of the Italian search engine.

How to Extract Email Addresses and Phones from Google and Bing

Step 1. Download and install the program

By opening the program you will see this main screen:

As you can see, you can choose between the two search engines: BING and GOOGLE . They are both excellent for searching the Internet and then capturing email addresses from various websites. You will be able to use both sources to capture as much data as possible. The advantage of using BING is that it shows UNLIMITED results that are relevant to the search, Google may instead show a limited amount of data for each search.

Step 2. Select the source

Clicking on the GOOGLE source will open the Google website in the program. A screen may appear first inviting you to accept the terms of use … accept everything and at the end the following homepage will open:

If you click on the BING source, this main screen will open:

Step 3. Perform the desired search

Now, regardless of whether you have chosen the BING or GOOGLE source, enter the keywords from which to obtain the related email addresses. After writing the keywords click on Enter and wait for the first page of Google or Bing results to appear:

If you want to find results not in Italy but in any other country in the world, just make changes to the search engine settings before starting the search. In practice, here is what you need to do to set the search country (on a country other than Italy):

GOOGLE : In the case of Google, you must first click on Settings at the bottom right of the search engine home:

google1 001

Then you will have to search and modify the “geographic area settings” by selecting the country whose results you want to obtain (and extrapolate them with the program).

BING : In the case of Bing instead once you open his homepage in the program, click at the top right on the three horizontal lines to access the settings and then click on “Country / geographical area”

In the window that opens you can set any country from which to obtain the results to be extrapolated with the program

Step 4. Capture Data and Email

After you have carried out the desired search and the first page with the results appears, click on the CAPTURE (GET DATA) button and the program AUTOMATICALLY will begin to extrapolate all the data from the results: site title, description, email address, website url and number phone.

Same thing as choosing the Bing source and doing a search on it:

The e-mail address will be searched directly on the website of the result, so it will be 100% consistent with the search you have done!

Step 5. Export Data

Once you have captured all the data of interest, click on the SELECT button to select all the results and finally on EXPORT to export everything in an EXCEL or CSV or TXT file.

Choosing Excel you will get a file with the 4 columns shown in the following figure (in the third column you will find the email addresses extrapolated from the websites). In the last column instead you will find the phone number found on the site.

To see an example of Export click on the following icon (you will see an example of the first 60 data extracted by keyword ” Web agency “):

By default the CSV format is set but you can change the export format and choose Excel or TXT from the program settings (by clicking on Settings at the top ):

From this window you can also choose the program language and set the column separator for the CSV file.

By clicking on the CONNECTION tab at the top , this other settings screen will open:

The parameters on this screen are useful if you want to “hide” your IP (especially if you use a fixed IP) in order to do all the data extraction work in an “anonymous” way. To be precise, you can decide to:

a) Use a VPN program to protect the IP (we recommend the HideMyAss service that allows you to change IP even dynamically)

b) Do not use a proxy or VPN but set a random delay (in seconds) between the various requests (it will slow down data extraction)

c) Use  single proxy (you will need to get the data a proxy with its IP server, port and any user and password)

d) Use  random proxies (to be entered manually) or a list of free proxies (we have already included some in the program)

That’s all!
